Mike Jacques

I am Mike Jacques, a local Thunder Bay Artist and Owner of MJ Metal Works.
I find the beauty in old materials, bringing them back to life in unconventional ways. Everything is made by hand meaning it cannot be recreated in the exact same way. I use primarily recycled materials along with old tools, driftwood and more to create unique, one-of-a-kind, pieces of art. I love being able to craft art for people from true, authentic pieces of history! Sourcing out most materials around Thunder Bay, then constructing all of the art in my 20x30 heated garage to make it possible all year round.
